Zlatan Ibrahimovic Revealed as FC 26 Ultimate Edition Cover Star for New Video Game

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been revealed as the cover athlete for this year's FC 26 Ultimate Edition, spoofing a classic photo of himself from when he was younger.

In stints at Malmö, Ajax, Juventus, Inter, Barcelona, AC Milan (twice), Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and LA Galaxy he registered 392 goals and 136 assists in league play alone, with seven seasons of 20 or more goals and three seasons of 30 or more goals. As for FC 26, the game will drop its reveal trailer on Wednesday, July 16. The cover athlete or athletes for the base game remain unknown. EA Sports changed the name of its famous footy title from FIFA to FC ahead of the 2023-24 season after not renewing its licensing deal with FIFA.
