Group-topping Jamaica can ensure a first-place finish with a win against El Salvador as the pair face off before Canada and Costa Rica at Toronto's BMO Field.

Canada vs. Costa Rica
Canada need goals. They have not found the back of the net once in their opening two matches at the CONCACAF tournament and must break their drought if they are to beat Costa Rica.
Cyle Larin was in decent form for his country ahead of the tournament, but the Orlando City striker doesn't seem to have brought his scoring boots to the Gold Cup, per Paddy Power:
Similarly, Tosaint Ricketts has not looked at all threatening so far. A last-minute winner for Jamaica was a crushing blow for Canada in losing their last match.
But they cannot rely on a clean sheet against a decent Costa Rica side, thus the attack needs to be a great deal more incisive on Tuesday.
La Sele certainly haven't had it all their own way in their campaign. A late equaliser from El Salvador saw them deprived of all three points in their last outing following a 2-2 opening draw with Jamaica.
Costa Rica have a more competent attacking unit than Canada, though, and the experienced likes of Bryan Ruiz and Alvaro Saborio will be a threat going forward.
Canada will have the home advantage, but given the form of both sides and the relative merits of their respective squads, Costa Rica are the likely victors.
Prediction: 0-1
Jamaica vs. El Salvador
Jamaica have confirmed themselves a quarter-final spot at the Gold Cup already, but they will be aiming to ensure top spot with a victory over El Salvador.
And they go into the Toronto clash as favourites, not least because of their superior FIFA ranking.
More importantly, however, the Reggae Boyz have looked the more dynamic side in the tournament so far and are rightly topping the group.
They looked slightly shaky at the back against Costa Rica, but attacking flair from the likes of Jobi McAnuff saw them to a decent point, per the Gold Cup:
Jamaica left it late against Canada, but Rodolph Austin came up with the winner, and they will have been happy to keep a clean sheet.
El Salvador, on the other hand, have laboured somewhat in the tournament, and while they are yet to lose a match, they have been far from convincing.
A quarter-final spot is very much in prospect for them, but against Jamaica's attack, they may struggle to pick up another point.
Prediction: 2-1
