EA's College Football 26 'Dynasty Deep Dive' Trailer Drops Ahead of Release Date
Just over two weeks away from the release of EA Sports College Football '26, the official Dynasty deep dive trailer has arrived.
EA dropped the trailer on Tuesday with ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit narrating the video that guides gamers through the ways they can build the most dominant program in the country.
The pillars of Dynasty mode remain intact from last year's game, with the two important ones being "Build Your Coach" and "Build Your Program." One of the new features this year, though, allows gamers to use an already-established coach with more than 300 current head coaches available to control.
Those pillars go hand in hand because your coach's ability as a recruiter is going to determine how quickly you can build up the talent on your roster and start competing for national championships.
Of course, recruiting has never been more difficult in college football than it is right now thanks to the transfer portal. EA Sports has expanded the use of the portal in this year's game by including location-based visits for you to give your program an advantage in the recruiting race, with anywhere from 2,000 to 3,500 players likely to be in the portal in a given offseason.
The Dynamic Deal Breakers feature will require you as the coach to keep the players currently on your roster happy and preserve team chemistry. It's also possible the player's desires could change over the course of a season, as tends to happen in real life.
Perhaps the biggest change to the entire game this year is the addition of cross-play to Online Dynasty mode. EA Sports previously confirmed that gamers will now be able to play their friends head-to-head regardless of whether they are playing on the Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5.
The wait for EA Sports College Football 26 is almost over. This year's game will launch worldwide on July 10 for the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. Gamers who pre-order the deluxe edition will have early access starting on July 7.
