Boston College Reveals New Uniforms in Video, Photos Before 2025 CFB Season
It's a new era for Boston College Football.
The Eagles will rock New Balance uniforms and footwear for the first time this season after partnering with the brand across other sports in recent years. On Wednesday, Boston College revealed its new uniforms.
Boston College will be the first FBS team to wear New Balance uniforms and footwear. The school's partnership with the Boston-based brand began in 2021, and New Balance now outfits all 31 of the Eagles' varsity sports teams.
"Our players and staff are thrilled to represent two iconic brands - Boston College and New Balance," head coach Bill O'Brien said in a statement. "Being the only power conference college football program to align with a cutting-edge organization like New Balance is a great opportunity that sets us apart."
Ray Hilvert, New Balance's vice president of sport, said the partnership aims to connect two "iconic" Boston brands.
"As a Boston College alum, I am proud to see two iconic Boston institutions coming together to make the game better," Hilvert said. "The addition of the Eagles Football program to our existing sponsorship is a testament to the strong collaboration and spirit of excellence that defines the Eagles, New Balance and the city of Boston. Together, we are building a unique community that will inspire future generations of players, fans and leaders."
The collaboration between New Balance and Boston College football is truly one of a kind, and it will be interesting to see what kind of uniforms the Eagles wear in the coming years.
Boston College had a solid first year under O'Brien, going 7-6 with an appearance in the Pinstripe Bowl. The Eagles will look to build on that strong start while rocking their new uniforms.
