Lamar Jackson Calls Out Critics of Mark Andrews from Ravens' Playoff Loss vs. Bills
Lamar Jackson is tired of seeing social media criticism of Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews for his struggles in last January's AFC divisional round loss to the Buffalo Bills.
"That guy's different, man," Jackson said about Andrews at the 1:50 mark of his Tuesday press conference. "My guy be getting talked about, and I really don't like that, because he's done so much for us.
"I'm off topic right here, but he's done so much for us, and how people did him, I just don't like that. 'Cause Mark's still Mark."

Andrews dropped a two-point conversion catch that would have tied the Jan. 19 game with less than two minutes left in the Ravens' 27-25 playoff loss.
Jackson said on Tuesday that Andrews alone wasn't to blame for the Ravens' elimination.
"Things happen. We play football. Shoot, like I said, I threw an interception, boneheaded interception, fumbled the ball the first half. Still had a chance to win it," Jackson said. "Things happen. It's not going to always go our way.
"That probably was our first snow game. Not to blame it on the weather, or anything like that, but it's football. Everything's not going to go right."
Andrews, who wrote on social media after the loss to the Bills that he was "absolutely gutted" by the drop, was subject to trade speculation earlier this offseason as he headed into the final year of an expiring contract with the Ravens.
But general Manager Eric DeCosta said in April that he expects Andrews to remain in Baltimore, and the tight end said during May OTAs he's been using last season's playoff loss as motivation for his next run with the Ravens.
"I've been using it, and I've had an incredible offseason, and I'm excited just to show what I can continue to do," Andrews said in May.
Both Jackson and Andrews will now look to shake off last year's playoff disappointment and prepare to run things back, starting with Ravens training camp in July.
