The Professional Hockey Writers Association voted on the NHL All-Star Team members. Here's a look at the full results.

The NHL also named its All-Rookie Team, which features Anaheim Ducks left wing Cutter Gauthier, San Jose Sharks center Macklin Celebrini, Philadelphia Flyers right wing Matvei Michkov, Montreal Canadiens defenseman Lane Hutson, Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Denton Mateychuk and Calgary Flames goalie Dustin Wolf.

As for the NHL All-Star Teams, Makar received the most first-place votes with 189 out of a possible 190. He has now made three First Teams in his career. Kucherov and Hellebuyck each had 187 first-place votes apiece.

The biggest debate this year was at center. MacKinnon won with 731 points over Draisaitl, who had 713 points. However, Draisaitl actually had more first-place votes (102) to MacKinnon's 85. The difference was in the second-place votes making up the difference and then some, with MacKinnon getting 101 to Draisaitl's 63.

Players were given five points for a first-place vote, three points for second and one point for third.

Ultimately, the Lightning were the most-represented roster this year with four players. Colorado and Winnipeg had two apiece.
