Peyton Manning Says UNC's Bill Belichick Won't Be on 'ManningCast' in 2025 NFL Season
Bill Belichick will be focusing on his new role as head coach of UNC football rather than regularly appearing on Peyton and Eli Manning's "ManningCast" on Monday nights this NFL season.
Peyton Manning confirmed Belichick would be stepping away from his previous role on the alternate broadcast for ESPN's Monday Night Football in an interview with 97.1 The Fan at the 2025 Memorial Tournament celebrity Pro-Am.
"Obviously, seems busy right now coaching college football, so he won't be back this year," Manning said about Belichick at the 1:00 mark of the interview.

Belichick served as a weekly guest on the Manning's show between his final 2023 campaign with the New England Patriots and his debut college season with UNC this fall.
"He'll be hard to replace," Manning said about Belichick. "I thought his insight was great. But we'll try to probably go back to rotating guests, and having coaches and players—which, I always like their insight—but also the actors and musicians. The common criteria to be a guest is you've got to love football."
The Manning brothers have been calling alternate broadcasts for Monday Night Football since 2021.
The brothers will now prepare for the first Monday night game of the 2025 NFL season. That will take place when the Minnesota Vikings visit the Chicago Bears on Sept. 8, one week after Belichick coaches his first UNC game against visiting TCU.
