Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
"Let it rip" has been a motto and battle cry of sorts over the years for Quinn, who has been head coach of the Commanders and Atlanta Falcons, and defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys.
The Commanders hired Quinn as their new head coach last offseason, and he immediately made it clear that he intended to aggressively pursue greatness.
Shortly after getting hired, Quinn told reporters he wanted to "absolutely go for it in every single way" and "absolutely let it rip."
Quinn was true to his word, as the Commanders were among the NFL's most pleasant surprises in 2024, going 12-5 and reaching the playoffs for the first time since 2020.
Led by the No. 2 overall draft pick in quarterback Jayden Daniels, the Commanders shocked the football world by going all the way to the NFC Championship Game, where they fell to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fresh off winning the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award, Daniels is poised to take another step forward in 2025, making Washington one of the top Super Bowl contenders in the NFC.
Quinn has enjoyed success everywhere he has gone in the NFL, posting a 55-47 record as a head coach with three playoff appearances, two trips to the NFC Championship Game and one Super Bowl berth, as well as a Super Bowl win as the Seahawks' DC.
That made him the ideal choice to speak to Salisbury University's graduating class, and he will have the opportunity to continue inspiring them by building on the Commanders' excellent 2024 season in 2025.
