Tom Brady Opening 'Hall of Excellence' Sports Memorabilia Museum in Las Vegas

Adam WellsMay 21, 2025

When you have a trophy case as overflowing as Tom Brady's, the best way to clear space in the house is to turn that memorabilia into a museum exhibit in Las Vegas.

Per The Athletic's Larry Holder, Brady will be opening the "Hall of Excellence" museum at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas hotel on June 20.

The museum will feature more than 300 pieces of memorabilia curated from the personal collections of Brady, sportscaster Jim Gray and items from other athletes and celebrities.

Brady explained to Holder the concept behind the museum:

"I remember what it felt like watching Joe Montana, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, they were larger than life. And I thought: what if we could build a place that honors those journeys, that pursuit of excellence, and do it in a way that truly inspires people? That’s what drew me in. We didn’t just want to build a museum. … We wanted to create an experience that connects generations to the power of discipline, work ethic, and self-confidence."

All seven Super Bowl rings Brady won during his legendary career will be among the items included in the museum.

Other notable items set to be displayed include Michael Jordan's first pair of Air Jordans and the shoes he wore for the Chicago Bulls' first championship; one of the bats Jackie Robinson used when he broke MLB's color barrier; the jersey from Kobe Bryant's first nationally televised game; and Serena Williams' dress from her 2009 Wimbledon championship.

Per the Las Vegas Sun, the museum includes a centerpiece trophy room featuring championship trophies from various sports, including the Lombardi Trophy (NFL), Heisman Trophy (college football) and Claret Jug (Open Championship).

There will also be memorabilia from non-athletes featured, including Clint Eastwood's Academy Award for Unforgiven and Oprah Winfrey’s Presidential Medal of Freedom and Tony Award.

Gray told Holder that somewhere between 60 to 70 percent of the items displayed will be from his and Brady's personal collections, with the remaining items being loaned by athletes, celebrities and various sports hall of fame facilities.

The museum is a self-guided tour that will be narrated by Academy Award-winner Morgan Freeman, plus detailed stories about the artifacts narrated by various people that includes Brady, Gray, Winfrey and Snoop Dogg.
