Mason Graham, Browns Agree to 4-Year, Fully-Guaranteed $40.87M Rookie Contract
The Cleveland Browns traded away their No. 2 pick on draft night, but they still ended up with one of the best prospects in Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham.
Now, after picking Graham with the No. 5 pick, he's officially a member of the team. Graham agreed to his four-year, $40.87 million fully guaranteed rookie contract on Tuesday, his agents, Ryan Matha and Ryan Tollner, told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The deal also comes with a $26.4 million signing bonus, per Spotrac.

Tuesday's agreement comes on the same day the Browns will begin OTAs, meaning Graham will be on the field with his new teammates.
Graham, who spent three years at Michigan, had an outstanding career that featured a national title during the 2023 season. In his final campaign with the Wolverines, he logged 45 tackles, seven tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks on his way to All-American honors.
Graham was the third-ranked player on the final big board from Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department, only behind two-way star Travis Hunter and elite pass rusher Abdul Carter.
Graham will now line up alongside star Myles Garrett on the Browns defensive line and look to make an impact immediately.
Cleveland is coming off a rough 3-14 season a year ago, but is looking to make strides in the rebuilding process in 2025. The Browns had an interesting draft, taking a pair of quarterbacks in Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders, setting up for a four-way battle to decide the starter.
While it's still unclear who will be under center in Cleveland, the Browns can rest assured knowing they have an elite defensive lineman in Graham.
