The Thunder were led on Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's 38 points and Chet Holmgren's four blocks.

The Grizzlies made a late push toward a Game 4 comeback before Gilgeous-Alexander scored in the clutch to help seal the win.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will get the chance to join the Thunder as the only teams to sweep their way through the first round during Monday's Game 4 against the Miami Heat.

The Cavs saw six players reach double-digits points totals in Darius Garland's absence during a 124-87 Game 3 blowout of the Heat on Saturday, so Cleveland looks to be in strong position to become the next team through to the second round.
