Cavs Impress NBA Fans with Rout of Magic Despite Quiet Mitchell Game, Garland Injury
The Cleveland Cavaliers were without Darius Garland while Donovan Mitchell had a forgetful night, but it didn't matter in a 122-82 rout of the Orlando Magic on Tuesday.
Garland, Cleveland's second-leading scorer behind Mitchell, missed Tuesday's contest due to a hip injury.
The Cavs had to win by committee, counting on five players in double figures. Ty Jerome, who is having a career year this season, led the way with 20 points off the bench. Evan Mobley, Max Strus and De'Andre Hunter each finished with 17 points.

Mitchell has been a consistent scorer this year but had an off night with just 11 points.
Picking up such a dominant win with no Garland and Mitchell having a quiet night impressed fans on social media:
Just last season the Magic took the Cavaliers to seven games in the first round of the playoffs, but it's clear this Cleveland team has made major strides since then. While the Cavs would prefer to have Garland on the floor and Mitchell playing at his best, being able to find different ways to win is a sign of a great team.
The win should give Cavaliers fans plenty of confidence as the playoffs near.
