Is the Raheem Sterling-Liverpool saga finally nearing its close? 

Reports spread late on Monday night that the Englishman told Brendan Rodgers he wants to leave the club after a lengthy and well-publicised contract saga. 

The new wrinkle in the ongoing Sterling story dominates Tuesday's back pages and takes some of the spotlight off West Brom's surprising but ultimately meaningless win over Chelsea.
