UK Back Pages: Gareth Bale-to-Manchester United Rumours Heating Up

One day after Gareth Bale's miserable night in front of goal as Real Madrid crashed out of the Champions League, the Bale-to-Manchester United rumours have made a furious return. 

The former Tottenham star has come under fire and endured a trying second season at the Bernabeu, especially in the latter part of the campaign, fuelling speculation that he'll make a spectacular return to the Premier League.
