"A sprain to his right ankle is likely to keep him on the sidelines for seven days, meaning that he is facing a race against time to be fit for the Old Lady’s trip to take on the Nerazzurri [on Oct. 18]," noted Gazzetta World.
Worrying Times for Juventus
Following the departures of Andrea Pirlo and Arturo Vidal, Pogba is being counted on to lead the midfield for Juventus in 2015-16. The young star has been relatively injury-free so far during his career, according to Transfermarkt.
Juventus will be hoping the Frenchman can return to full fitness quickly. The Italian champions have incredible depth in central midfield, but there's no one with a skill set as versatile as Pogba's. Given their stuttering start to the Serie A season, losing their talisman would represent another unwanted setback for the Bianconeri.
