Johannsson Ruled Out of Sunday's Friendly

U.S. Soccer on Twitter announced that Johannsson wouldn't be able to give it a go against Switzerland:
It's a disappointing development for both the player and the USMNT, as Johannsson was surely looking to build on the momentum he generated for himself after scoring a goal in the team's 3-2 loss against Denmark on Thursday.
Still, it's clear he's established himself as a valuable asset in the United States' attacking force and is either a nice option as a deputy for incumbent striker Jozy Altidore or can pair with him atop the attack. He'll be missed against Switzerland, but it would appear the best is yet to come for the young player.
