UK Back Pages: Manchester United Ready to Offload Angel Di Maria?

With Manchester United set to battle Arsenal on Monday night in the FA Cup, a couple of sensational rumours relating to each side's bigger names are now making the rounds. 

Angel Di Maria hasn't entirely adapted to life in the Premier League, but both Daily Express and Star Sport are reporting wild rumours that United will part with the Argentine star in order to fund a move for Gareth Bale. 

Similarly, Star Sport reports that Manchester City are targeting injury-ravaged but highly rated Arsenal youth product Jack Wilshere.

First, Express runs with the Di Maria-Bale rumour and says Manchester City will hope to lure Diego Simeone from Atletico Madrid to replace Manuel Pellegrini:
