UK Back Pages: Diego Costa Refuses to Change, Van Persie out 4 Games

Diego Costa has been under the microscope ever since the combative Brazilian made his move from Atletico Madrid to Chelsea over the summer. 

But after his recent three-game ban for stamping on Emre Can, the striker says that he will refuse to change his ways on the pitch and feels he's being targeted by referees. 

Liverpool and Tottenham also get their fair share of ink, as both sides crashed out of the Europa League on Thursday night. 

In Star Sport, Arsene Wenger apparently lashes out at his side after their embarrassing 3-1 home defeat to Monaco, and Costa begins to launch his defence.

Costa says that referees are picking on him in Sun Sport, and Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has no regrets about bringing a full squad to Italy for their 3-1 defeat to Fiorentina.
