Chelsea continued their march toward the Premier League title thanks to a tight 1-0 victory over Everton that saw Willian hailed for his late goal. 

There was also news at the bottom end of the Premier League on a busy Wednesday, as struggling Aston Villa parted ways with under-fire manager Paul Lambert. 

Lambert and Willian shared equal headline ink.
