UK Back Pages: Pellegrini Hits Out at Diego Costa, Liverpool Dealt Ings Blow
Diego Costa continues to stay in the spotlight for his inability to control his temper during Chelsea's League Cup win over Liverpool.
As news broke via Express that Costa's three-game ban for violent conduct was upheld, Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini hit out at Costa and Jose Mourinho's conspiracy claims on the eve of their vital Premier League clash.
The Chilean boss warns Costa to "clean it up" in Star Sport, and Liverpool are dealt a transfer blow, as Burnley striker Danny Ings will apparently stay at Burnley.
