On a day when Christian Eriksen and Tottenham should have stolen all of the headlines for reaching the League Cup final, it was instead Diego Costa's antics against Chile making news. 

It was revealed that the on-fire Chelsea striker faces a three-game ban for his violent conduct against Emre Can and will miss their pivotal clash atop the Premier League with Manchester City. 

In Mirror Sport, Chelsea's news gets from bad to worse. Jose Mourinho was hit with a fine, and midfield revelation Cesc Fabregas is also expected to miss out.
