Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
32. Oakland Raiders (N/A)
The Oakland Raiders struggled this season, but everyone expected as much. The biggest note from 2014 was the play of rookie quarterback Derek Carr. With a roster full of young players with the potential to be difference-makers, the future is bright for Oakland.

31. Jacksonville Jaguars (N/A)
Just like the Raiders, the Jacksonville Jaguars struggled all season, but rookie quarterback Blake Bortles is a bright spot moving forward. As long as Jacksonville drafts well and utilizes free agency, the franchise will continue to improve.
30. Tennessee Titans (N/A)
With injuries to quarterbacks Jake Locker and Zach Mettenberger, the Tennessee Titans have to consider drafting a new franchise quarterback with the No. 2 overall pick. Regardless of what position the team addresses on draft day, Tennessee needs a player who can step in immediately and make an impact.
29. New York Jets (N/A)
After firing general manager John Idzik and head coach Rex Ryan Monday, per Fox Sports' Jay Glazer, it is clear that the New York Jets will undergo major offseason changes. A complete overhaul is exactly what all parties involved needed.
28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (N/A)
Head coach Lovie Smith knew that taking over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be a serious challenge, but that will be made easier as the team is now on the clock with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft. The future is beginning to look brighter in Tampa Bay.
27. Cleveland Browns (N/A)
The hype that surrounded rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel was through the roof, but he underperformed when given the opportunities and his future is uncertain. The Cleveland Browns have a strong core of players, but the franchise must find a viable QB.
26. Chicago Bears (N/A)
The biggest decision of the offseason for the Chicago Bears will be whether the franchise brings back high-priced quarterback Jay Cutler. If Chicago decides Cutler is the team’s best option, the franchise must do a better job of putting him in positions to be successful.
25. Washington Redskins (N/A)
Another team that must do some soul-searching this offseason is the Washington Redskins. While quarterback Robert Griffin III showed glimpses of excellence at the end of the season, he has been a distraction. Head coach Jay Gruden and the entire organization must decide what’s best for the team’s future.
24. Minnesota Vikings (N/A)
Despite the absence of running back Adrian Peterson for much of the season, the Minnesota Vikings still played admirably. Add in the fact that rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was under center, and the future looks bright for the Vikings.
23. New York Giants (N/A)
There were few bright spots to take away from another lackluster season for the New York Giants, but wide receiver Odell Beckham’s rookie season was amazing. If he can carry that form into his second season, the Giants will have a bona fide star in Beckham.
22. New Orleans Saints (N/A)
Despite being a preseason favorite to win the Super Bowl, the New Orleans Saints struggled and missed the postseason entirely. One of the biggest issues was a down season for quarterback Drew Brees, but football fans shouldn't count out the veteran just yet. Expect the Saints to bounce back in 2015.
21. Atlanta Falcons (N/A)
The Atlanta Falcons finished the regular season with a 6-10 record, but were just one game away from winning the NFC South. The offensive unit needs to upgrade the rushing attack, but the biggest offseason changes must come on the defensive side of the ball.

20. Buffalo Bills (N/A)
With a defensive unit that proved it can beat even the best teams in the league, the main focus for Buffalo in the 2015 offseason should be signing a new quarterback. Kyle Orton played well, but his retirement, per The Buffalo News, has opened the door for a new franchise QB.
19. St. Louis Rams (N/A)
Head coach Jeff Fisher has the St. Louis Rams on the cusp of being serious contenders. Whether it’s Sam Bradford or a player the team brings in via the draft or free agency, St. Louis is in desperate need of an elite quarterback that can bring the franchise to the next level.
18. Carolina Panthers (75-1)
The Carolina Panthers are playing their best football of the season right now, but the 7-8-1 team is less than deserving of earning a wild-card spot. Carolina took advantage of the NFC South this season, but the franchise must add depth and talent to the offensive line if it wants to improve in 2015.
17. Miami Dolphins (N/A)
There are several issues to deal with for the Miami Dolphins, but the offensive and defensive units are filled with elite talent. The franchise must add depth to both the offensive and defensive lines, and that should result in a better final record.
16. San Francisco 49ers (N/A)
One of the teams facing serious turnover in the offseason is the San Francisco 49ers. With several key players becoming eligible for free agency and the team missing the postseason, San Francisco’s roster could look much different when next season begins.
15. Houston Texans (N/A)
Even without a reliable starting quarterback and injuries to several star players, the Houston Texans were in the hunt for a playoff spot until the last day of the season. With J.J. Watt on the team, Houston should continue getting better each season.
14. Kansas City Chiefs (N/A)
The Andy Reid era in Kansas City has hit a minor hiccup. The Chiefs have the talent to be serious threats, but need to stay healthy and add a few more pieces. As long as Jamaal Charles is dominating on offense and Justin Houston is a beast on defense, though, KC will be postseason contenders again in 2015.
13. Cincinnati Bengals (33-1)
After losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Cincinnati Bengals begin the postseason on the road against the Indianapolis Colts. Unless Andy Dalton can buck his postseason trend and thrive under pressure, the Bengals could be looking at another first-round loss.
12. Baltimore Ravens (75-1)
In one of the wildest chases to the finish, the Baltimore Ravens stole the final wild-card berth with a victory over Cleveland Sunday. Baltimore has struggled recently, though, and will be a long shot to go any deeper than the first round.

11. Pittsburgh Steelers (12-1)
While most fans think of the Pittsburgh Steelers as a team predicated on defense, the success of the franchise this season is due to the explosive abilities of the skill players on the offensive side of the ball. Pittsburgh plays Baltimore in the opening round of the playoffs, and the resulting AFC North battle will be must-watch television for all football fans.
10. Philadelphia Eagles (N/A)
Turnovers killed the Philadelphia Eagles. If the team had cut down on the poor decisions with the football, there are few experts who wouldn’t support the case for Philadelphia making the playoffs this season. Chip Kelly’s team is moving in the right direction, but there are still major questions at quarterback.
9. Detroit Lions (22-1)
A loss to the Green Bay Packers in the season finale was tough to swallow, but the Detroit Lions must turn their focus to the first round of the playoffs and their visit to Dallas to play the Cowboys. On the positive side, the Cowboys’ biggest strength is the rushing attack and Detroit will be ready with the league’s best run defense.
8. San Diego Chargers (N/A)
Injuries devastated the San Diego Chargers this season and robbed the franchise of a postseason berth. San Diego already has a strong core group of players, but the franchise must stay healthy if it wants to make the playoffs next season.
7. Dallas Cowboys (9-1)
This isn’t the typical Dallas Cowboys team fans have grown accustomed to seeing in December. With an offense predicated on a rushing attack and an offensive line that can withstand the punishment, Dallas is built to win in the postseason. How the defense holds up to Detroit in the first round will be the true test.
6. Indianapolis Colts (25-1)
With Cincinnati’s psyche taking a blow in Week 17, the Indianapolis Colts should come out pumping on all cylinders in the first round and earn the victory at home. As long as quarterback Andrew Luck is healthy, it will be tough to beat Indianapolis.
5. Arizona Cardinals (50-1)
The Arizona Cardinals have dealt with serious injuries on both sides of the ball, including two starting quarterbacks going down. Despite the adversity, Arizona’s fundamental style and approach make them a dangerous threat. Carolina has played well, but the Cardinals should steal the victory.
4. Green Bay Packers (6-1)
Few teams are as dependent on one player as the Green Bay Packers are on quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers has been dealing with a calf injury, per ESPN.com's Rob Demovsky, but a first-round bye is exactly what the doctor ordered.

3. Denver Broncos (13-2)
The Denver Broncos have struggled at times down the stretch, but that is one of the dangers when a team locks up a playoff spot so early. Peyton Manning and the Broncos now have a bye week to get everyone healthy and on the same page.
2. Seattle Seahawks (13-5)
Another team lucky enough to earn a first-round bye is the Seattle Seahawks. Despite an abysmal start to the season, the Seahawks won the NFC West, earned a bye and also have home-field advantage through the NFC playoffs. Seattle is on the right track to become repeat champions.
1. New England Patriots (11-4)
Led by Tom Brady, the 2014-15 New England Patriots have one of the best teams since the franchise last won the Super Bowl. If there was ever a year for the Patriots to return to the promised land, New England holding home-field advantage in the AFC could make this the team’s year.
