Dries Mertens Injury: Updates on Napoli Star's Status and Return

Napoli and Belgium star Dries Mertens was stretchered off the pitch after suffering a head injury against Wales during Euro 2016 qualifiers Sunday, as shared by the Belgian team's official Twitter feed. Manchester United's Adnan Januzaj replaced him in the final minute of regulation:
