The Oklahoma City Thunder's medical staff continues to work overtime as yet another player recently went down with an injury.

Andre Roberson sprained his left foot on Monday night against the Brooklyn Nets and is out for the rest of the game, according to Darnell Mayberry of The Oklahoman:

After the Oklahoma City loss, Mayberry provided an update on Roberson for Tuesday's game against the Raptors:

Roberson averaged 7.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.3 assists through the team's first three games.

The Thunder are already without Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Anthony Morrow and first-round draft pick Mitch McGary. Roberson will be added to the list of the walking wounded.

While the 22-year-old doesn't play a large role on Oklahoma City, it's important for the team to have as much depth as possible as it copes without Durant and Westbrook. Every game takes on added importance.

At this rate, by the time the team's two superstars return, OKC could already be out of the playoff hunt in the loaded Western Conference.

Thunder fans must be wondering what the team has done to forsake the basketball gods.
