Dez Bryant, Terrance Williams' Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 7
The Dallas Cowboys moved to a surprising 6-1 on the season with a win over the New York Giants, and a lot of that was thanks to another strong day by the receiving corps.
Tony Romo threw for 279 yards with three touchdowns, two of the scores going to backup tight end Gavin Escobar. Meanwhile, the receiving tandem of Dez Bryant and Terrance Williams contributed as well:

Bryant started slow but ended up with 136 yards on seven catches in the second half alone. Although he didn't score, he came extremely close on a long play before barely getting stopped inside the 1-yard line. ESPN's Dan Graziano was one of many impressed with the performance:
Bleacher Report's Cian Fahey also gave his opinion:
"There's nothing you can do to stop Dez Bryant. Just hope he has an off game.

This last note is exactly what you want to see from one of your fantasy players. Although he has had some disappointing efforts, he has reached double-digit fantasy points in five of seven games. He has also been targeted 36 times in the last three games.
It seems clear he is one of the best receivers in the league and should be started on fantasy teams every week regardless of matchups.
On the other hand, Williams had a touchdown Sunday but it was his only catch of the day. Still, this is something that has become a habit in Dallas, as noted by Kurt Warner:
The 18-yard grab was his sixth of the season, putting him among the league leaders. The problem is he only has five catches in the last three games. The odds of him continuing to score with so few opportunities seems pretty unlikely.
This gives fantasy owners some options. They can continue to ride the hot streak and hope the scoring continues. They could also trade the receiver while his stock is high.
Considering the good games are likely going to run out, selling high seems like the best choice for fantasy owners on a team leaning so heavily on the run game and with a dynamic talent like Bryant ahead of Williams.
