Are NFL Officials Too Eager to Eject Players This Season?
Indianapolis Colts linebacker Erik Walden was the first guy to be ejected for making contact with an official in Week 7.
During the first half of the team's home game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Walden put his hands on official Bruce Stritesky in the middle of an on-field skirmish.
By definition, you can't make any sort of contact with an official without facing an ejection.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
FanSided provided a Vine detailing what actually took place between the referee and Walden:
Regardless if the call was right or wrong, Walden's absence is a negative for the Colts defense. Lining up predominantly at the left outside linebacker position, he's racked up three sacks and 19 combined tackles on the year.
The second person to get the boot for that same reason was Carolina Panthers defensive standout Luke Kuechly.
With tempers flaring in the midst of a blowout loss to the Green Bay Packers, Kuechly was tossed for trying to wrestle free from a ref's grip. Once again, the folks over at FanSided posted a Vine showcasing what took place:
After seeing the clips featured above, do you think the officials were too eager ejecting both men? Was there enough contact—if any—to warrant Walden and Kuechly expulsions?
