UK Back Pages: Much Made of the Cristiano Ronaldo-to-Manchester-United Rumour

Louis van Gaal mentioned Cristiano Ronaldo in his standard pre-match press conference, and the press have made much of his comments. 

While he admitted that a deal is possible and that (of course) he'd love Ronaldo, he still doesn't think that Real Madrid would sell the prolific winger. 

The Star claim lead with the rumour, saying that he could be the next "Gaal-actico."
