UK Back Pages: Brendan Rodgers Feuds with England over Daniel Sturridge

Brendan Rodgers is extremely unhappy with England boss Roy Hodgson over Daniel Sturridge's injury, and he minced few words making that point. 

The Liverpool boss fumed over his star striker's absence and blamed his international training as the source of the injury and Rodgers' discontent. 

Additionally, Louis van Gaal revealed that former United man Danny Welbeck was simply not good enough for Manchester United's standards, which is why he was sold off to Arsenal.
