Neymar is a very, very popular man. 

This has been known for years now, but it was confirmed as the Barcelona/Brazil superstar descended upon Japan to huge crowds awaiting his arrival. 

Traveling to Japan in order to promote and film adverts for mattresses, he was greeted by hoards of fans.
