BCS Standings 2013: Final Rankings and Where Top Teams Are Playing
Just two weeks ago, the BCS appeared to have a bit of a conundrum on its hands with three teams undefeated and only two spots in the National Championship game. Thankfully, it appears the BCS got it right in the final year. And Auburn couldn't be happier.
Tre Mason is holding up the No. 1 finger, but Auburn is still listed as No. 2 in the rankings. But in the final game of the year, Mason and the Tigers will have their chance to prove that they should be at the top against Florida State.
After yet another wild weekend in college football that saw undefeated Ohio State go down for the first time all season, the BCS rankings shifted once again with the Big Ten champions Michigan State moving up in the rankings.
With teams like Northern Illinois and Oklahoma State losing, both have dropped out of the BCS picture, allowing Ohio State and Baylor to move into those spots. Without further ado, here are the final rankings and bowls for the BCS Top 25.

One of the biggest surprises came near the top, with Oregon being shunned by the BCS and missing out on a BCS Bowl. With Oklahoma being closer to New Orleans, La., the Sooners were chosen over the Ducks likely for financial reasons.
As for the rest of the BCS bowls, every game went to plan as FSU and Auburn will meet in the title game, Clemson and Ohio State will battle for offensive supremacy in the Orange Bowl, Baylor and Central Florida will pit two first-time BCS bowl opponents against one another in the Fiesta Bowl and Michigan State and Stanford will play in a race to score 10 points in the Rose Bowl.
