Nebraska vs. Penn State: TV Info, Spread, Injury Updates, Game Time and More
The Nebraska Cornhuskers (7-3) will try to rebound from a 41-28 loss to Michigan State as they travel to take on the 6-4 Penn State Nittany Lions.
The Cornhuskers' loss to the Spartans was their second conference loss of the season, which all but ends their hopes of advancing to the conference title game. Meanwhile, since the second game of the season, Penn State has won every other week and will enter this game fresh off of a 45-21 victory over Purdue.
Both teams should have their sights firmly set on this game. It isn't going to factor into who emerges as the conference champion, but it is important. With Penn State trailing Nebraska by one game in the overall and conference standings, this game figures to loom large in the potential bowl bids for these two schools.

Key Storyline
Can Penn State slow down Nebraska's rushing attack?
On the season, Penn State has done a solid job of limiting the opposition's run game. The Nittany Lions have allowed 1,440 rushing yards at an average of 3.89 yards per carry.
That rush defense is going to be heavily tested this game.
The Cornhuskers have rushed for an average of 240.3 yards per game. That is the 16th-highest mark in the nation. Junior running back Ameer Abdullah leads the way, with 1,336 yards gained at 6.5 yards per carry.
Showing their strength against the quality defense of the Spartans last week, the Cornhuskers rushed for 182 yards at an average of 5.7 yards per carry.
This could be a serious problem for Penn State. The Nittany Lions have proved vulnerable against quality rushing attacks. Facing Ohio State earlier in the season, Penn State allowed 408 rushing yards.
Penn State will have to hope for a far better outcome against the ground game this week, or it will be a long day.
Prediction
Nebraska 31, Penn State 24
This will be an entertaining and close game, but I expect Nebraska to take control as the game wears on. The Cornhuskers will win the ground matchup, which will wear out Penn State and allow Nebraska to pull out victory with a strong fourth quarter.
