UTEP vs. Texas A&M: TV Info, Spread, Injury Updates, Game Time and More
UTEP and Texas A&M have not played since 2000, but the two are intricately intertwined thanks to the quarterback position.
Johnny Manziel is well known at this point, but only a few years ago he was second on the depth chart to Jameill Showers, who will lead the 1-6 Miners into College Station but will be unable to play, as reported by the Houston Chronicle's Brent Zwerneman:
As if the Aggies did not already have a major advantage over the Miners.
Texas A&M is riding high after a 56-24 evisceration of Vanderbilt and prepping for major showdowns in the coming weeks with LSU and Missouri.

Can Manziel and Co. Start Fast?
The outcome of this game is not so much in question—but the health for the Aggies certainly is, when it comes to important players.
Manziel hurt his shoulder in a loss to then-No. 24 Auburn but returned last week against Vanderbilt and threw for 305 yards and four scores in less than three quarters of action.
That's exactly the type of performance Manziel and Co. need to put together on Saturday against a Miners defense that ranks near the bottom of the country with 38.7 points allowed per game.
A fast start gets Manziel off the field quicker, which preserves his body for important SEC showdowns with No. 13 LSU and No. 9 Missouri in the final two games of the season.
Prediction
This one does not take a psychic to figure out.
Thanks to Showers' injury, the Miners are forced to start sophomore quarterback Blaire Sullivan, who has attempted just 52 passes in his collegiate career, with nine of those coming against Rice last week.
Now, the Aggies defense, which ranks near the bottom of the barrel, is by no means elite, but it's accustomed to SEC powers, not the likes of a C-USA offense.
Manziel will have no issues lighting up the scoreboard before taking a seat at halftime and kicking back.
Final Score
Aggies win 56-10
