BCS Standings 2013: Complete Order for Top 25 Revealed

Alex KayJun 8, 2018

Week 10 of the college football season served as a bye for many of the country’s top teams, as No. 1 Alabama, No. 3 Oregon, No. 5 Stanford, No. 6 Baylor and No. 10 Oklahoma all took Saturday off to prepare for the final stretch.

While some of the premier talent was lacking, the action certainly wasn’t.

Let’s take a look at how the BCS standings look heading into a critical Week 11, compare those results to Bleacher Report’s official Top 25 poll and recap all the major results from this past week in college football.

The ACC once again dominated the headlines, with Miami (Fla.) and Florida State clashing in a battle of the last remaining unbeaten teams in the conference.

The Seminoles wound up destroying the Hurricanes with ease, proving to be the most dominant team in a very tough conference.

Now, Florida State has earned themselves the No. 2 overall ranking.

Ohio State continued an undefeated stretch that extends back to the beginning of the 2012 campaign, as the No. 4 Buckeyes obliterated Purdue, 56-0.

Clemson is battling its way back to the top of the Top 25, with the No. 7 Tigers earning a big, 59-10 victory over Virginia.

Jumping up the rankings this week is Missouri, after the No. 8 Tigers decimated beleaguered Tennessee, 31-3.

Other notable results this week include Michigan State’s big win over rival Michigan. The Wolverines dropped out of the rankings after falling in East Lansing, while the Spartans vaulted up to No. 17.

Oklahoma State and Texas Tech were also involved in a Big 12 tussle, with the No. 14 Pokes gaining four spots in the rankings after taking down the now-No. 25 Red Raiders.

Those results set the stage for what should be an epic Week 11 and a roaring start to November. With two Top 10 matchups—Oklahoma at Baylor and Oregon at Stanford—taking place Thursday, college football fans have a lot to look forward to this week.
