There's no need for desperation. We've got a full rundown of the Week 8 fixtures, including match times, dates, which games will be shown on TV and where, as well as details on live streams, on-demand catch-up services and highlights programmes.

With eight games scheduled for Saturday October 19, with a game each on Sunday October 20 and Monday October 21, Week 8 is set to be the comeback weekend of action that keeps on giving.

For terrestrial viewers, Match of the Day (BBC One, Saturday) and Match of the Day 2 (BBC Two, Sunday) will, as ever, be offering up highlights and analysis of the weekend's action.

Both programmes can also be streamed live on the BBC Sport website with on-demand versions of each show available on the BBC iPlayer from midnight on Monday.

Newcastle United vs. Liverpool—Saturday October 19, 12:45, BT Sport 1

The last time a fixture between these two teams finished in a 0-0 draw was back in 1974, with such legendary matchups as Liverpool's 4-3 win over the Magpies in 1996 making the two teams' goal-friendly relationship one of the highlights of the Premier League calendar.

Week 8 should add another cracker to the canon of great games in the series, with Alan Pardew's only hope for glory coming in the shape of striker Loic Remy. Meanwhile, Liverpool will head to Tyneside with their own attacking prowess going from strength to strength with Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez reunited.

West Ham United vs. Manchester City—Saturday October 19, 17:30, Sky Sports 1

Having smashed Tottenham 3-0 at White Hart Lane in Week 7, West Ham will be hoping to pull off a similar feat as Manuel Pellegrini's Manchester City visit the Hammers' home ground near Upton Park.

While The Boleyn Ground will generate plenty of imposing atmosphere to greet their well-monied visitors, City should be too much for Sam Allardyce's team to cope with due to their mix of David Silva's subtlety, Yaya Toure's dominance through the middle and Alvaro Negredo and Sergio Ageuro's next-generation take on the "big man, little man" combination.

Aston Villa vs. Tottenham Hotspur—Sunday October 20, 16:00, Sky Sports 1

Paul Lambert's spritely and ever-improving Aston Villa side host Spurs on the Sunday of Week 8, with Andre Villas-Boas' visitors seeking to come back from their home humiliation at the hands of the Hammers.

In what should prove to be a close-run contest between two of the Premier League's most recently renovated sides, Villa could well come out on top.

Christian Benteke's electric mix of physique and technique should allow him to bully Spurs' defensive line out of shape, finding chances for himself as well as creating opportunities for on-running teammates such as Andreas Weimann and Gabriel Agbonlahor.

Spurs pose questions of their own through their array of glitzy stars, old and new, including Christian Eriksen, Paulinho, Mousa Dembele and Roberto Soldado. They are yet to find their feet properly as a unit, however, and while Villas-Boas' team won 4-0 at Villa Park earlier this season in the League Cup, the contest of Premier League points should prove to be far more even and fierce.

Crystal Palace vs. Fulham—Monday October 21, 20:00, Sky Sports 1

Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher will have less glamour than usual to get their teeth stuck into during their analysis on Sky's Monday Night Football.

Yet what Fulham's trip to Selhurst Park may lack in quality based on current form, it certainly makes up for in terms of early stakes in the relegation fight at the foot of the table.

Crystal Palace appear lodged into the 19th spot, with the teams above including Fulham looking ready to push for daylight between the Eagles and safety.

This could lead to Week 8's Monday night clash to be something of spectacle whether that be due to sudden inspiration under pressure or the desperate drama of a London derby dogfight.

Whether players like Dimitar Berbatov or Mile Jedinak prove to be the pivotal figures on the night will decide what sort of contest this one will be.
