Sunderland vs. Liverpool: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Preview
Liverpool will look to get back on track in the Premier League on Sunday when they travel to take on a reeling Sunderland squad inside Stadium of Light.
Brendan Rodgers' Reds have dropped two in a row following Wednesday's 1-0 loss to Manchester United in the third round of the Capital One Cup. While Sunderland is coming off a Capital One Cup win earlier this week, it's fair to say that the Black Cats are in complete disarray.
Sunderland axed manager Paolo Di Canio a week ago after just 13 matches, and now interim Kevin Ball is at the helm until management brings in a permanent replacement.
Having earned just one point through five league matches this season, Sunderland is the only Premier League club without a win this season and have conceded a league-worst 11 goals over that time.
Will the Reds bounce back and pick up three points on the road, or will the Black Cats rally and earn their first win of the season on Sunday?

Top Storyline: Black Cats Continue Post-Paolo Di Canio Era
Sunderland will play their first Premier League match of the season without Paolo Di Canio roaming the sidelines on Sunday when the Black Cats host powerhouse Liverpool.
Interim coach Kevin Ball led the team to a 2-0 victory over Peterborough United in the third round of the Capital One Cup on Tuesday, but is unlikely to be the man moving forward. Under Di Canio this season, Sunderland managed to pick up just one point in five Premier League outings, hitting rock bottom last weekend with a 3-0 loss to West Brom.
Currently in sole possession of last place in the league table, the Black Cats are seemingly a lock to face relegation at season's end unless some dramatic changes are made.
And with one of Europe's top clubs coming to town this weekend, Sunderland's Premier League woes are sure to continue. Fuming following a pair of 1-0 losses to Southampton and Manchester United within the past week, expect Liverpool to be up for this match.
Prediction
With so much negativity surrounding the club in the wake of Di Canio's exit, Sunderland will be motivated and energized to shock the world on Sunday. But don't expect motivation and energy to beat out talent this weekend.
Liverpool are legitimate contenders in the Premier League and have proven that to this point.
Emerging superstar Daniel Sturridge leads the way for the Reds with four goals through five league matches and should be able find several soft spots in Sunderland's defense on Sunday. On the other hand, it's difficult to imagine the overmatched Black Cats mounting much of a threat offensively considering they've accounted for just three goals in five matches this season.
Look for Liverpool to cruise to their fourth Premier League victory on Sunday.
