College Football Week 4 Schedule: TV and Live Stream Info for Every Game
Week 4 of the college football season lacks the drama of last week's action, but we still have plenty of top teams taking the field.
Of course, considering last week featured the Alabama Crimson Tide's thrilling victory over the Texas A&M Aggies, this week was always going to have a hard time following the act.
To be honest, however, this week was going to have a hard time following up any act. For my money, this is the least competitive week of college football this season.
There are 19 Top 20 teams in action this week. However, only two of those teams will be in action against each other. That will go down in Palo Alto when the No. 5 Stanford Cardinal host the No. 23 Arizona State Sun Devils on Saturday night at 7 p.m. ET on FOX.
The Sun Devils are coming off their wild and controversial victory over Wisconsin and will now look to justify their place in the rankings with a big win over the defending conference champs. Of course, the Sun Devils aren't the only team in this matchup looking to justify their position.
The Cardinal are 2-0 this season, but with wins over San Jose State and Army, there are still plenty of questions surrounding the Cardinal. We should start to get some of the answers to those questions this week.
Another game that is going to receive a fair amount of coverage this week comes to us from South Bend when the Notre Dame Fighting Irish host the Michigan State Spartans on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
The Spartans are 3-0 but sit outside of the Top 25. That is due to the fact this team hasn't played anyone of note. Also, while the Spartans hit for 55 points against Youngstown State last week, the offense had just two touchdowns over the first two games.
Meanwhile, Notre Dame will hope to stifle that offensive attack as the Irish try to get their defense back on track. The Irish have allowed the opposition 65 combined points over their last two games.
In this thin week of matchups, these are the two games that interest me the most. Take a look at the schedule below, and see when and where to catch the games you're interested in.
