Main Storylines

This week's play will have a tough act to follow. Manchester United will host Chelsea to close out Week 2.

United will be tested on Monday, but they can't let up after their big match. On Sunday, the Red Devils will travel to take on Liverpool.

Tottenham are going to be playing without Gareth Bale as his move to Real Madrid is expected to be finalized on Tuesday, according to Joe Bernstein and Mark Ryan of the Daily Mail. They will take on Arsenal on Sunday.

The Gunners bounced back from a tough loss in the opener. The fans calmed down for now, but there will be pressure on Arsene Wenger to make some moves this week. Next week's match will be a good test for the Gunners, but fans expect a move no matter what the result is.

Bale has been in the headlines for quite some time, but his future has finally been decided. Now it's time to see how his former club plays without him.

After Cardiff City's shocking 3-2 victory, with game recap courtesy of ESPNFC.com, over Manchester City on Sunday, both teams will be in action on Saturday.

Cardiff scored three goals in the second half to stun the Blues in the Welsh club's first EPL home game. It was a big victory, but there won't be much time to celebrate. They must now host Everton and try for another big win.

Frazier Campbell came up with a pair of clutch goals late against City, and he needs to carry the momentum into the next fixture.

Manchester City, on the other hand, need to find a way to get back on track. They will host Hull City and can't afford to have another letdown.
