Real Madrid vs. Inter Milan: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Preview
Fresh off winning the inaugural International Champions Cup, Real Madrid continue their preseason journey with a matchup against Inter Milan, who also took part in the tournament. The Nerazzurri weren't as successful, finishing seventh.
Unsurprisingly, Cristiano Ronaldo led the way to the title with three goals over the final two matches, including a pair in the final. He looks ready for another monster campaign leading the Real attack after netting 55 goals across all competitions last term.
Even though the ICC was only a preseason event, Inter can't be pleased with their results. They lost to Chelsea in the opening round before a blowout loss to Valencia. The Nerazzurri bounced back to edge Italian rival Juventus, but there's still plenty of work left to do.
Both clubs stayed in the United States for another tune-up match with the new campaign on the horizon. Let's take a look at all the vital information for the friendly, followed by a preview and prediction.

Real Madrid have a couple more matches before the season gets underway, and the preseason atmosphere can't equal that of a match that actually counts. That said, the powerhouse Spanish side definitely appear ready for another serious run at the La Liga title.
The most impressive thing about the Blancos throughout the International Champions Cup was how they were able to control the pace of play even after the stars subbed out. It's a great reminder of the club's terrific depth, led by the likes of Alvaro Morata and Isco.
Manager Carlo Ancelotti will likely continue the trend of widespread changes against Inter. It's important for that next wave of stars to get more playing time against tough competition before the season gets underway. Ronaldo is clearly prepared to hit the ground running already.
So expect to see plenty of Morata, Isco and Daniel Carvajal, among others, as Real focus on making sure all the pieces are in place. Given the busy schedule the club once again faces this season, those players will likely see plenty of opportunities moving forward.
The preseason is the time to get them ready for that involvement. Ancelotti has done a good job of getting players involved so far, and it should continue over the next few matches.
Right now, the biggest concern for Inter is the lack of sustained pressure they generated in the ICC. The attack was often thwarted with ease by opponents, and the chances they did create were often lacking the finishing touch necessary to find the scoreboard.
The Nerazzurri failed to score in each of their first two matches. Ricardo Alvarez finally found the net for them against Juventus. But one goal in three matches is not what Walter Mazzarri was looking for when the tournament started.
Rodrigo Palacio must elevate his level of play if the Inter attack is going to find its stride before the season starts. The veteran forward tallied 12 league goals last season. He was mostly a non-factor during the tournament, though.
Making any type of serious progress against a Real Madrid side that's been playing so well won't be easy. The Blancos have allowed more than a single goal just once during the preseason. That doesn't bode well for a struggling offense.
All told, Real should be able to keep building preseason momentum with another high-profile victory.
Prediction: Real Madrid 3, Inter Milan 1
