For Barca manager Tito Vilanova, expect Pedro to play a vital role in the attack. His goal in the second leg against Madrid was fantastic. His first touch and shooting accuracy make him a safe option on the wing. Pedro and Lionel Messi are always a threat to score.

The most important part of Barcelona's game plan will be to retain possession better than its opponent, which will be much easier to do against Valencia than Madrid. Xavi, Iniesta and Sergio Busquets will dominate the midfield and keep the ball long enough to create several good scoring opportunities.

After a Super Cup defeat, a motivated Barcelona should not have too many issues with Valencia, who have two draws thus far in the league.
