Latest Updates on Manchester United Transfer Target Lucas Moura
The long-running transfer saga surrounding the future of Brazilian phenom Lucas Moura looks set to end in the coming days.
Multiple news sources on Sunday were claiming that Manchester United were close to sealing a deal for the youngster, with Moura due to travel to Manchester to undergo a medical. However, these reports were cast into doubt by the Brazilian Football Federation who claimed that no such request had been made (via Manutd.com).
Sao Paulo's vice-president also hinted they were open to offers, but that a deal had not yet been concluded.

"We have no interest in selling, but Sao Paulo are not stupid—we know some situations are irresistible. All I can say is that nothing irresistible has arrived at the Morumbi," he told Lancenet (h/t Sambafoot.com).
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson failed to make the trip to Norway over the weekend for his team's friendly with Valerenga, it was believed he stayed behind to negotiate Moura's transfer.
But it now appears that PSG have entered the race for his signature, perhaps suggesting that Sir Alex's decision to remain in Manchester was to wrap up a deal as quickly as possible before the French club could make a big offer.
Another rumour making the rounds claims that PSG have indeed trumped United in the race for Moura, having agreed on a price worth over £30 million with the Brazilian club.
According to Globo Esporte, Moura will join the club in the new year, reuniting with his national teammate Thiago Silva, who completed a move to PSG from AC Milan last month (h/t Sambafoot.com).
With the speculation building to a near frenzy over the past few days, it stands to reason that a decision regarding the player's future will be made over the next few days.
At which European club he'll end up at is another question.
