Why you must watch:
The game The Dream Team lost
Led by Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, Larry Bird, David Robinson, and a slew of other stars (It took me about 10 minutes just to decide which stars to mention there), the Americans absolutely rolled through the competition.
And that's putting it lightly.
The Dream Team beat Angola by 68 points, Croatia by 33, Germany by 43, Brazil by 44, Spain by 41, Puerto Rico by 38, Lithuania by 51 and Croatia again by 32 in the gold medal game.
That's eight wins in the Olympics by a total margin of 350 points.
But did you know about the game The Dream Team lost? In a scrimmage against a bunch of college stars that included Grant Hill and Chris Webber, The Dream Team fell 62-54.
Did head coach Chuck Daly throw the game? Did Bobby Hurley (yes, that Bobby Hurley) really tear up Magic Johnson and company?
We haven't known the answers to these questions before now, but this documentary will finally give us a look at the loss we've never seen.
Yes, please.
Magic vs. Jordan
We've seen Magic against MJ plenty of times whenever the Lakers battled the Bulls, but what about when they went head-to-head without any refs slowing them down?
These are two of the greatest competitors of all times, and you know they just absolutely went after each other during practice.
And it's not even just Magic versus Jordan, it's the entire team competing against one other.
Imagine a scrimmage of John Stockton, Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Karl Malone and David Robinson against Magic Johnson, Chris Mullin, Clyde Drexler, Charles Barkley and Patrick Ewing.
It's like the All-Star game. On crack. And the players actually care.
Being able to watch footage of that, along with players describing the experience, is must-see TV.
The Trailer

Seriously, it's time to set your DVR. Or TiVO, if those still exist.
