"Tight end Tyson Hetzer—a juco transfer who joined the Nebraska program last January—is set to transfer to another school. Hetzer missed spring practice last year with a knee injury and didn’t make the 105-man roster for the start of fall camp. Hetzer has one remaining season of eligibility left.
Also, wide receiver Matt Donahue—who joined the team last January as a walk-on after playing as a true freshman at Ohio—is turning his attention to track at NU. He’ll no longer play football.
