World Football's Shameless WAG of the Week

Mikhail TurnerFeb 3, 2012

Since there haven't been any recent expressions of WAG's injuring their partners with sex or anything of the sort, we are going to dig back a few years to present our shameless WAG of the week.

Alex Gerrard seems to have toned things down in recent years, but lets take a look at what makes her our shameless WAG of the week.

In 2006, Gerrard—known back then as Alex Curran—certainly did a lot of work. She had her part to play in the WAG's of the English national team running things in Germany. That's not what put her here though.

Gerrard apparently had no shame in getting involved in a restaurant bust-up in 2006.

"

"Alex Curran, 23, was quizzed following a fight at the Shangri-La restaurant in Liverpool city centre in the early hours of the morning.

Sources said a fight broke out between a group of men and women at around 2.50am. It was reported that an 18-year-old girl suffered an injury to her eye after she was struck by a bottle."

"

That bottle was allegedly wielded by Gerrard, but the charges were eventually dropped. I guess there was no reason for Alex Gerrard to feel ashamed after that.

She probably shouldn't have been caught in a situation in the first place and her involvement was a little on disgraceful side for a woman in her position.

In that respect, we have our shameless WAG of week.
