What's At Stake?
Indiana, after beating Kentucky, has shown it can take down a top team. Ohio State showed it wasn't invincible against Kansas.
This would be yet another huge upset for the Hoosiers if they were able to pull this one off. For the Buckeyes, it would certainly hurt them, but wouldn't be the end of the world this early in the season.
Ohio State Player to Watch
Ohio State wouldn't be No. 2 in the country if it didn't have several impact players, but forward Jared Sullinger is undoubtedly the biggest name, a player who has the chance of being a lottery pick in next year's NBA draft.
Sullinger has been solid again this season, shooting 58 percent from the floor after shooting 54 percent as a freshman last season. He is, however, coming off a rough game against Miami (OH), going 3-for-9, scoring 11 points and grabbing just six rebounds.
Look for him to bounce back against Indiana.
Indiana Player to Watch
Forward Cody Zeller may be just a freshman, but he leads the Hoosiers in points per game and rebounds per game and is averaging the most minutes on the team.
Zeller is not only shooting 66 percent from the field, he's also averaging 2.1 steals and 1.7 blocks. He had 11 points, seven rebounds, a steal and a block against Kentucky.
Key Matchup
In general, Ohio State has been so dominant this season because the Buckeyes can score and defend. They are holding opponents to 55.6 points per game this season and just limited Miami (OH) to 40 points on Dec. 22.
Indiana has the offense to put up some points against Ohio State, which is why the Hoosiers have an outside shot at upsetting the Buckeyes.
The Hoosiers' offense isn't completely reliant on just a couple players, either. All five of their starters are averaging in double figures.
Prediction
Ohio State 76, Indiana 74.
