Kobe Bryant Divorce: Vanessa Bryant Leaves After Multiple Alleged Infidelities

Vanessa Bryant, wife of Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant, is filing for divorce.

According to the TMZ staff, Vanessa caught her husband “very recently” with another woman and it was the latest in a long line of alleged infidelities he has committed.

She felt she finally needed to end the marriage because of this most recent act and is going to leave the NBA star for good after 10 years.

The two met in 1999 and got married two years later. Things were seemingly fine until 2003, when Kobe was charged with sexual assault in Colorado. They were dropped but the star did admit he was unfaithful to his wife in public.

Vanessa cited “irreconcilable differences” as her official reason for wanting a divorce on Friday and will be seeking joint custody of their two daughters.

The two do not have a pre-nuptial agreement in place and she is believed to be seeking half his fortune and their Newport Coast, California mansion.

Vanessa has every right to leave and seek half of what they have earned since being together if he really was unfaithful with multiple women.

Eight years ago, Kobe was a much younger man and had a chance to learn a valuable lesson about the sanctity of marriage following the rape allegations and public admittance of unfaithfulness.

Instead, he continued to commit infidelities against her, forcing this situation to arise and now she is justifiably leaving him, if they are in fact true allegations.

If Kobe really did remain unfaithful for all of these years, and with multiple women, he is going to be getting his comeuppance now and will be paying for his acts the rest of his life.
