Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries: Fake Wedding Conspiracy Theories Are Shameful

Who wouldn't believe that a Kardashian would fake a relationship and get married for a ploy to score more money? Obviously the Kardashians are hurting for money and the alleged pro basketball playing fake husband needed some extra cash with the ongoing NBA lockout.

Are you kidding me?

There are conspiracy theories that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries faked their wedding for E! and forged their entire relationship. Askkissy reports that an anonymous source has "come forward to confirm that Kim Kardashians wedding to Kris Humphries was indeed a farce for sponsorship and endorsement money." Sounds legit.

Regardless of your views on Kardashian, it's hard to believe that she would go through the trouble of faking a relationship. There may not be physical proof that these two are romantically involved, (unlike some of her past relationships) but to say that the entire thing is a farce is illogical, uncreative and downright shameful.

This Tweet links to an article that says Humphries wasn't even E!'s first choice for Kim's staged husband. Glad to see he eventually landed the "role".

We need to give Kardashian some space. People have become so consumed with the show, the appearances and the hullabaloo, they let the lives of the Kardashians consume their lives. Andy Borowitz says it best.

This Tweet from OMGWire seems far more believable. The Kardashians being the most polarizing figures is going to lead to bogus reports from the media, but have no fear. Your favorite (or least favorite) couple in America appears intact, for the time being.

Don't but into the nonsense. If the sketchy rumors prove to carry any sort of merit, when the couple and E! are exposed, they are going to be under fire. Everything they accomplished by "tricking" sponsors and the entire nation will be nullified by their cheap ploy for more money and publicity.
