Week 8 Start Em Sit Em: Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Greatest QB Options of the Week
Finding the right QB to start in fantasy is becoming quite the chore.
This doesn’t apply to anybody that owns Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady obviously, but guys like Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco and Tony Romo are seemingly impossible to predict week in and week out.
This week there are a handful of guys that are must-start because of incredibly juicy matchups.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Ryan Fitzpatrick vs. Washington Redskins
The Bills can score on anybody, and have enjoyed a bye week to rest up.
Fitzpatrick has emerged as the team leader in Buffalo and his teammates clearly are on the same page. The city of Buffalo (and Toronto) is completely behind him, and he is riding a lot of positive momentum at the moment.
Fitzpatrick has 1,477 passing yards, 12 touchdowns and a quarterback rating of 95.3, which means he has the fantasy nation on his side as well.
The Redskins' secondary has gotten torched in consecutive games and is now dealing with a hamstring injury to defensive captain London Fletcher.
Expect at least 200 yards and two TDs as the bare minimum for Fitzy.
Joe Flacco vs. Arizona Cardinals
We can all agree that Monday’s performance was an all-time stinker, but Flacco has had some serious bounce-back games this season.
After getting upset by Tennessee, Flacco had 389 yards and three TDs the next week. After another horrendous performance against the Jets, he tossed for another 300 yards and a rushing TD.
So why wouldn’t he destroy a hideous Cards' D that has allowed at least 30 points in the last three games? With the 28th ranked pass defense (274 YPG), Flacco will have a field day and another bounce-back week.
Matt Hasselbeck vs. Indianapolis Colts
Don’t be scarred off by one bad performance, Hasselbeck is still a worthy fantasy option. The Colts are the perfect remedy. While I don’t expect him to put up Brees-like numbers on Indy, the incredibly horrific Colts defense will be a big help.
The have yet to allow less than 23 points, and are 23rd against the pass.
As Hasselbeck continues to get better chemistry with his new receivers, expect a big game from a veteran that hasn’t lost his confidence.
