Why Tim Tebow Success Would Be Tribute to John Fox, Not Broncos QB
I am sure no football coach envies Denver Broncos' John Fox. He is in his first season as the Broncos' head coach, taking over a team in need of many upgrades. The limited amount of talent is a challenge, but not close to the biggest problem.
John Fox has the pleasure (or burden) of having Tim Tebow on his roster. Tebow has been a lightning rod for media coverage. At the beginning of the season, Tebow was the most covered backup quarterback in the country. He is someone that everyone has an opinion of—good or bad.
The majority of experts feel that Tebow will never develop into a conventional NFL quarterback. Many will reference his long throwing motion and lack of experience reading defenses. However, Tebow has a large following who feel that he is going to be a super star.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Truth of the matter is that Tim Tebow is not a normal quarterback. He plays the game differently, not caring about what others think. Tebow wants to win football games, and if that means running with the ball he will do so.
I am a firm believer that John Fox will need to develop a specific game plan for Tebow. Fox and offensive coordinator Mike McCoy will be the key to Tebow's success.
Tebow has proven that he can win football games, while also showing he can move the chains. This coaching staff needs to play to his strengths, but also not forgetting to build towards the future. They need to find a balance between winning now and developing Tebow.
The success/failure of Tim Tebow's career will be determined by this season, John Fox and Mike McCoy. Tebow needs for his coaches to believe in him as the long-term answer at quarterback. If they are only looking at the present, then Tebow will fail.
