NFL Picks Week 7: The Raiders and Teams Whose Fate Won't Be Made by QB Dilemmas
There is an overly abundant number of teams this season that are experiencing problems at the quarterback position, but there are a few teams whose fate, good or bad, won't be decided by who is taking the snaps for their team.
Here are the Raiders and the two other teams whose fate won't be decided by who's playing quarterback for them.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
With rookie quarterback Christian Ponder set to make his first NFL start in place of veteran QB Donovan McNabb, it doesn't matter who is starting because they are facing the reigning Super Bowl champs the Green Bay Packers.
The Packers are looking even more dominant than last season, and will make quick work of the Vikings despite who they have playing at QB.
St. Louis Rams
The St. Louis Rams are having to start A.J. Feely on Sunday in place of injured Sam Bradford, but with the Rams visiting the Dallas Cowboys in the "Big D", it doesn't matter which one is at QB as Tony Romo and the Cowboys would beat them either way.
The strong point for the Dallas Cowboys there defense has been their strong point all season, and with all the other injuries surrounding the Rams offense, Dallas' defense will dominate the Rams if they have Feely or Bradford in the game.
Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders lost their starting quarterback in Jason Campbell to a shoulder injury, which caused the Raiders to make a bold trade with the Cincinnati Bengals for there once off-limits quarterback Carson Palmer.
At first it was said that Palmer would start this week against the visiting Kansas City Chiefs, but then it was retracted and said that backup QB Kyle Boller might start. Coach Jackson is showing us a little gamesmanship, as we still don't know who the starting QB will be.
The Chiefs are coming off their first two wins of the season—albeit over two other struggling teams in the Minnesota Vikings and the Indianapolis Colts—but it doesn't matter who the Raiders have at QB as the Raiders will easily handle the injury weakened Chiefs.
