Kansas City Chiefs vs. Oakland Raiders: Spread Info, Line and Predictions
It's uncertain whether or not Carson Palmer is going to play this week for the Oakland Raiders as they take on the Kansas City Chiefs, but there is no doubting that there is still going to be a ton of excitement surrounding the Raiders.
Oakland always has a good home-field advantage with Raider Nation and the infamous "Black Hole," but there is something different about this season.
There is a ton of buzz about this team, even league-wide, and the moves that they have made at the deadline prove that they are in it to win it.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Carson Palmer is still up in the air, but ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that he is doubtful.
It's a tough transition going from "retired" to an NFL starter in less than a week, so I don't disagree with this decision.
On the other side of the field is the rival Kansas City Chiefs, who are coming in at a disappointing 2-3.
They've picked up the effort in the past few weeks, though, and may be rebounding from their terrible start.
This is going to be a great matchup between two teams desperate for a win.
Where: Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum; Oakland, CA
When: Sunday, Oct. 23, 4:05 p.m. ET
Watch: CBS
Spread: Oakland Raiders (-4)
This is a pretty good spread to take.
Over/Under: 40.5
With the two offenses in the shape they are in, I'm not sure if I would go over on this game.

Key Injuries
Kansas City: running backs Jackie Battle (neck) and Le'Ron McClain (neck) are probable.
Oakland: Quarterback Jason Campbell (collarbone) and cornerback Chris Johnson (groin) are out; running back Rock Cartwright (calf), kicker Sebastian Janikowski (left hamstring), linebacker Rolando McClain (ankle), running back Marcel Reece (ankle), defensive tackle Richard Seymour (knee), cornerback Chimdi Checkwa (hamstring), safety Michael Huff (ankle) and wide receiver Chaz Schilens (groin) are all questionable.
Fantasy Big Plays
Start: A lot of people are high on Battle right now, but some are worried about that neck injury. It looks like he's going to be okay, which means he's a good start.
Sit: Don't go crazy with Carson Palmer just yet. He probably won't see the field just yet, but be patient.
Keys to Chiefs Win
Matt Cassel has to throw the pigskin off the ball if he wants to beat the Raiders at home. With all the injuries surrounding him, Cassel needs to step up and be the guy we saw in New England.
Keys to Raiders Win
With no real starting quarterback at the moment, everything is going to be on running back Darren McFadden. I am confident he will produce.
Prediction
I love the Raiders at home, and the Chiefs are just far too banged up.
Raiders 24, Chiefs 13
